Help: Reset take numbering

Hi all, I am wondering if anyone knows how to reset the numbering for the audio tracks that Live creates when recording in the session view. I ask because I set up a set, prepped it to record, recorded a few tracks to make sure it was working how i wanted, and then saved it as a template. Now whenever I use it for a new song the recordings start at weird numbers...
8 for track 1, 13 for 2, etc.
Is there anyway to reset this?
How about the naming convension for tracks that Live creates? Can this be changed?

ETA: Workaround.
OSX keystrokes

Control select the track, and then option drag it over to "copy" it. This works differently than duplicating the track for some reason, and the take numbering is reset.
