just to let you know the mix ilovesurprises will be aired on The Rinse show, XFM (uk) on saturday night/sunday morning around 2-3am.

put together using ableton live only it began at an illegal party at a park in tokyo, evolved through 2005 and was debuted in its final form on white beach, boracay island in the philippines on new years eve.

the mix is available for free download at www.musicfromspeakers.com
along with new track 'afternoon joanna', a splice of joanna newsom and ovuca (with special guests). also put together using ableton live only.

Its all absolutely amazing,it has a very sleazy undertone
Dunno if u noticed my post called "i was inspired" in link your music
but as soon as i heard your first posted mixdown it sounded just like sorta stuff i do
but far superior.i have only recently started djing with live,used to play vinyl and cds for years
but me and and a few of the djs in my circuit are all playing similar styles
and they all enjoyed the mix and still do
i am dl i love disko now

Oh and by the way i love disko is sounding like another classic
its like stars on 45 with all the shit taken out and replaced with
custard creamy hits

cheers manimal, aah, stars on 45. ahead of their time! 'going down down down down...' that jingle was 'that' close to being in ilovedisko, only problem was the quality of my charity shop copy...

you know theres over 100 records in ilovedisko, if you can name em all you can have em!

not a chance of that matey.i could prob get a good few but i think were all trying to downsize our vinyl collections around here.
