recording dj mix into arrangement

i am recording my dj mix into the arrangement view, when i change a value in the clip for example set a loop at say bar 130, the clip in the arrangement view will retrigger even though i havent triggered the clip in the session view.. this is causing all my mixes and timing to be out any ideas?..

im running 5.0.1, m-audio firewire, uc-33e and mk249 keyboard for triggers

for anyone suffering a similar problem i upgraded to 5.0.3 and seems fine now
