Running the program and use "LIFE" (hahah) The way you normally do and see what happens...

I've tried warping a coupla tracks and even set loops and shit on the fly...
The start marker doesn't move after you set it in the clip view like it used to. It actually stays in place when you "set 1.1.1. here or any other selection in the context menu of the clip view...
