issues with rewire and live 4

Im running audio from max/msp into live via rewire, and i get a signal where it says "audio from", (the input selector), but theres nothing coming through with either the monitor on, or the record being enabled. Any ideas? this was all working a few days ago, and i cant figure out whats different..
