Bank/Channel button's leds: should they turn on?

I'm trying to figure if with MCU the bank/channel buttons should turn on with Live if there are faders out of view. Maybe my MCU has some problem with those leds. Thanks for the help

sorry, I noticed that the cursor arrows leds too don't work. Is it Live which doesn't send the feedback?
