Howdy all.
My tunes usually extend to using anything between 8-15 tracks all of which have multiple effects (Abelton onboard effects). The CPU overloads very quickly and therefore I use Freeze mode regularly.
I'm having major problems with freeze mode. First of all it is taking a good few minutes (no exaggeration) to freeze a single clip. Then at the start of a new session when I load up the file again it can't find some of the frozen files. In order to play the track back from I have to unfreeze then freeze again.
I accept that the freeze mode may take a while to process, but I can't imagine that loosing files or having to unfreeze/freeze at the start of a new session is normal.
Any thoughts would be greatly appreciated?

Do you have a scenario where that happens for sure, or is it at random, regardless with the fact that you move the song on the hard drive or any other operation? If you can reproduce that for sure that would help to nail down the bug if any.
Also, does that happen with 5.2? We have corrected some bug in Live deleting Freeze file when a copy of a self contained song was made on the computer.
