What up fellow music lovers? Finally finished a track that Im pretty proud of last night. Give it a listen and let me know what you think and any constructive criticism you might have is also appreciated. I had to make the whole track with headphones because my speakers suck ballsack. I dont know what genre it is, a cross between big beat, breaks, with an eerie vibe.
Enjoy

Ok, first impressions: take that background off the myspace page. Ok, first impression of the song: decent intro, good ambient feel. The beats are coming in alright, I think to slow though, I feel like I'm too far into the song and not much has developed. I like the lead that comes in at 1:55 or so. It's warm and interesting, but doesn't seem to develope much over the course of the next couple minutes.
I think this is produced well, everything sounds level and even and all of your sounds are quality. There's a bit of a lack in sound at both the very low and very high end of the spectrum, which imo keeps the track from really jumping out at you, but it won't be noticable to the casual listener. So I guess what I'm saying is that my main issue with the track is one of taste. Namely, that it's too ambient and not melodically driven enough. But to each their own.

Thanks for reviewing. Im keeping myspace background though. Yea, a little music theory would've probably helped my lead and some High and low emphasing wouldn't have hurt either. Good tips. Thanks
