Arp Sync problem in Live 5.2 using Virus TI

Hi,
Do any other Virus TI owners who generally have no problems, get this problem in Live 5.2

It happens when an 8 bar clip only has notes in bars 7 and 8.

This test is rock solid in SX 3.1.1
It maybe my settings in Live as I am fairly new to it, but I think I've tried everything.

Basically, create a midi clip to loop 8 bars but only have chords in the last two bars.

Results:
The TI does not play anything.
The TI plays sustained chords
The TI plays differently each time round the loop.
Setting the clip to loop just bars 7 and 8 causes TI to play correctly.


It may happen on any patch / arp pattern, but below is what I was using.

Exact method to recreate problem:
Load patch NuNRG into TI (Rom B No. 81)
Set Arp to chord
Set pattern to 50
Turn off delay (less confusing)
Create a loop 8 bars long
At bar 7 beat 1 - create 3 note chord half bar long
At bar 7 beat 3 - create 3 note chord half bar long
At bar 8 beat 1 - create 3 note chord half bar long
At bar 8 beat 3 - create 3 note chord half bar long
