Live 5.2 Didn't render any automation

My latest problem with Live 5.2....

I recorded a 2 hour mix using a midi controller to control the elements in the mix, i.e. the levels and eq's etc during a normal DJ mix set and then went to render it to disk as I normally do.

The problem was the rendered .wav output file comes out with no level or eq automation over it. It's just as if I've layered the songs over each other and hit render.

Why is Live doing this? it seems bizzare becuase when I play back the session in Live all the eqing and level automation is in there but it won't render it to disk properly as it used to do last week?

Has anybody had this problem or know how to fix it?
