Live 5.2 not recognizing Amplitube??

I've read a few post on this... Any way to find where Live blacklists certain VSTs s oI can remove amplitube from it so it will load? wtf?

no...just windows xp. I read in a post that Live sometimes blacklists a vst and then won't recognize it. I don't know why it would do this to Amplitube though?? Wierd.

Does Amplitube use a syncrosoft dongle?

I know people have had problems with Arturia vsts such as Moog Modular and Analog Factory and the Korg Legacy collection on Live 5.2 all of which use syncrosoft dongles.

Going to syncrosoft's website and uploading the latest drivers for the copy protection key helped in most of these cases.
