Sampler; drummachine galore?

Post by Poster » Mon Jul 24, 2006 6:48 pm

I've been studing Sampler and think it can also be a grain-drum-machine-galore because the sample start/lenght/loop can be lfo modulated together with the different sustain modes..
though I can only imagine how it would sound to use it with one hit drum samples, maybe one of the campers can post a little example?
sooo curious.. can't wait till beta..

thanks..

Sampler Rinse.

Straight midi played by a Korg PadKontrol into Sampler - no automation, only a few real-time tweaks (mouse and two measly filter knobs) - no outside effects, except for the mastering chain (deep compressor->Dynamic Tube->Saturator)

demonstrates: Modulating the loop length (envelope and LFO), pitch envelope, spread effect, FM modulation of the sample and so on.

Took roughly ten minutes to do, from start to finish.
