CD + Voice over mis aligns when rendered to CD

CD + Voice over mis aligns when rendered to CD

Help!
Major confusion:

I recorded a friend's voice talking/singing w/ a CD recording in the arrangment view. When I listen to the finished recording in Live, everything is as it should be.

So I:

"Render to Disk"/selected the length of piece/"Normalize" is "on"/ "OK"

When I listen to it in itunes, it is not aligned properley anymore...

Any ideas?
