Ableton 4.0.4 installation problem

Hello. Today I have bought M-audio Axiom 61. Together with the
keyboard it is delivered Live lite 4.0,4. I have a problem with its
installation. Process of installation stops right at the beginning at
copying file "User Manual English.pdf". I tried to clean the register,
but it has not helped. I have looked during the moment of installation
in folder Ableton\Docs and have seen there a file "~GLH0005.TMP" which
sizes increased. I tried to install Live Lite, but nothing has turned
out. I downloaded demo Live Lite 5, but it
almost in 3 times less than my distribution kit of version 4.0.4. So i thought it has less features.

I did it already, but i thought that here i could find peoples, who had same problem. And i thought that they could answer faster than support e-mail.
