Problem Importing Wave files - Live Lite 5.2.2

I am using Live Lite 5.2.2. M-Audio Enhanced Edition. I have a problem with importing wave files
I tried using copy and paste the wave file on the Audio Track. Drag and drop does not work. After pasting, the title of the song appears on the Audio Track but the track remains blank. However, below the bottom, I can see the wave clip view.
When playing the imported wave audio track, the tempo is slow, and the quality is very poor, distorted and has other noises.

Your help is greatly appreciated.

Problem solved.

I need to deactivate the "warp" button in the audioclip. It played fine.
