simple question... Which motherboard?

Next week i'll go for a core 2 duo pc with a 6600 processor...
But which motherboard is a good companion for audio?
Any thoughts or considerations?

After a chat with the man in the computerstore, he chose this one for me: asus MB P5W DH Intel 975 chipset...

Next year i'll go for an imac 24" and use my pc exclusively for dektop sampling...
