Using FLStudio Piano Roll on Ableton instruments

I've seen it asked about a few times and wondered for myself so here's how to set it up to use an instance of the FLStudio 'Midi out' instrument to control Operator or Simpler or whatev. My apologies if this was covered and I missed it. Also first posted in general.

You will need:
Ableton Live 5
FLStudio
MidiYoke

1. Open Live.
2. Open FL as a vsti in a midi channel.
3. Create another midi channel for your operator or whatever
4. Look at the following pics and set it up. (p.s. make sure to disable the MidiYoke channel input in FL or it sets up a weird feedback loop).
