i tried on deutche post, and the format is different...

did anyone got a number like this one?

thank you for the reply Michael, but i think my package is travelling by Deutche Post (i asked Melanie about this), because it's too expensive to send it by UPS to Portugal..

still, i've tried on UPS and got an error number message.

still don't know what to do

Hello Rui,

I talked with someone from the German Post and she told me, that your package left Germany at September the 17th. and you should contact your national post service "ctt correios".
If you have any questions about your order you can call the German Post: (0 18 02) 30 22 00
