[Mac G5 Quad / OSX 10.4.8 / Live 6.0.1] + [iBook G3 900 / OSX 10.4.6 / Live 6.0.1]
To reproduce, put some AU presets into a folder anywhere on your hard disk, make an alias of that folder and place it into the appropriate folder (User/Library/Audio/Presets/[folder of manufacturer]/[folder of plugin]):
-- Activate "Hot Swap Presets"
-- Select a preset in the browser either by double-click with the mouse or by navigation keys & Return/Enter
---> The selection and the Hot Swap button jumps back to the top of the 'folder' (i.e. the Plug-In name itself in the browser list),
and furthermore all preset folders of that Plug-In will be opened.
It happens only if the preset you select is organized in an alias of a folder or a subfolder of that.
Makes 'scrolling' through presets impossible, when you've organized your presets in folders that Live is pointed to by an alias inside the AU presets folder.
I hope this is easy to fix, because in Live 5 this worked without problems. Can't remember if it has worked in the Live 6 Betas.

Not (yet?) fixed in Live 6.0.2b5
