considering that the controller is basically useless, it would probably be pretty difficult.
maybe if i was miming over a cd at a leatherman fetish ball though... that would probably be pretty alright

Re: Sonalog GypsyMIDI Exoskeleton
It was fun to try out!
I just put together a video interview with Raven, the author of the eXo software you use with the GypsyMIDI suit. He uses Live for this demo:
$1000 Exoskeleton Turns Your Movements Into Music

Danny / Innate.

Interesting first attempt but it looks a little too Terminator movies. They need to use the same technology they use for making those tracking suits for animation. But still, talk about worrying about your movements. That guy looked like somebody was aiming a gun at him off camera. Let's see somebody really dance with that on.
But I know as soon as you guys see Daft Punk using one in a video you'll run out and buy 12. I'll add it to my "50 Ways To Trigger Better, Harder, Stronger, Faster Samples" coffee table book.

I think if you already had a following and you could add some type of midi automation to your set, you might could pull off some kind of impressive performance with that thing. I would just be afraid of getting laughed off the stage with that thing on. Also reaching for a beer or scrathing an itch and having the tempo of my set suddenly slow to like 50 BPM would suck. haha
