live 6 crashing daily and then won't open again

Live 6 has been crashing on me all the time now. What's especialy strange is that the program won't startup again. If I try, nothing happens (not even a splash screen).

I can alleviate the issue by restarting my computer and soudcard.

I have a feeling the issue is related to how Live and Asio4all drivers are getting along. However, it has been crashing with Asio drivers as well.

Should I send my error log?

The most likely reason that Live won't start again is because it isn't actually stopped. If you are running Windows, have you checked the Task Manager? If you haven't, check the Task Manager (CTRL-ALT-DEL and click Task Manager) and look for the Live executable. You can try and stop it, but my experience shows me that Live is a tough bugger to force to quit. It will happen, however, and you can re-start Live normally.

Of course, now that I think about it, simply re-starting the computer does this much faster!
