Live freezes when using IAC driver for automapping

To reproduce:

- Go to MIDI prefs and select BCR2000 as remote control surface.

- Set the input and output to IAC driver port 1

Live will freeze. You will need to force quit.

Osx 10.4.7 / dual g5 1.8 / 1256 mb Ram / Love 6.01
