Ableton 6.01 demo crashes

Ableton 6.01 demo crashes upon launch.

2.0GHz MacBook
2GB RAM
10.4.8
M-Audio Audiophile Firewire

any suggestions?

Disconnect your M-Audio interface, Boot Live 5, change the audio prefs to built-in Core Audio drivers, quit Live 5, then try to boot Live 6.

See if that rules out any prob with the M-audio?????

I've copied the .exe to the desktop and not the shortcut, that makes it crash on launch.

I ended up deleting everything related to Ableton on my computer. Downloaded 6.01 again and it works.

The problem seems to be with Live 6 trying to update the library. Live 5 + 6 libraries do not like each other.
