VSTs in RACKS latency problem

Haven't exactly pinpointed the problem, but tossing a handful of VSTs into a rack often creates a latency or delay effect.
Not exactly like latency cuz the delay is there whether your triggering via MIDI or playing a MIDI clip.
Found that I can remedy by putting the VSTs in a different order or just taking them out of the rack and re-racking.
Anyone else?

VstNotes causes a big delay when activated.
Fortunately, it still works when it's deactivated!
Anyone try the Pro version?

there is an update free version for VSTNote lately which solve the big delay problem ...
