ableton cannot locate oceanM.dll when axiom49 is running

ableton cannot locate oceanM.dll when axiom49 is running

On startup, ableton 5.2 reports that it cannot locate oceanM.dll and fails to start. Othervise, when the axiom is switched off it starts without any problems.
Please help!
