How do I sync a Roland SP -606 and Live 4.0?

Does anyone know how to sync the Roland SP 606 and Live 4.0? I need help through all the steps.

I had an SP-606 and I couldn't get it to sync with anything hard or soft! Ended up selling it. POS!
