So I have a TON of mp3s, just installed live the other day and was under the impression that it took mp3 encoded songs.....but from what i'm understanding, you have to convert your mp3s to WAV format?.
I have ableton lite v5.

Even with Ableton 5 lite version? For some reason it wont read anything I have except wav formats. The only thing I can think of is that it has something to do with my version.............

The demos are demonstration versions of the full version of Live.
The Lite versions are feature limited versions which are bundled free with hardware.
They are two seperate products.
