Anyone else having problems with delivery on orders?

I ordered the boxed version on October 3rd, I think, and it's still not here (vancouver). The Ableton FAQ says I should have recieved an email from FedEx, which I haven't, so I emailed [email protected] on the 16th or 17th and I haven't heard anything from them, either. Is anyone else experiencing delays this long?

well, they seem to take a while.

i ordered mine sept 30th and it took, oh, i don't know, maybe 2 weeks? (and i was sweating it a little) but i thought that it took longer to the east coast.
