Live sampling while djing in Live 5

I use live 5 to dj with an m-audio trigger finger, and i tend not to quantise. I would love to be able to create live loops using the trigger finger as you would with a cd-j or other cd turntable.
This, i guess, would involve assigning one trigger finger button to loop in, and one to loop out.
I can't figure out how, if possible, to do this within live. I would be quite happy to use a plugin (preferably free!) if necessary.

Any help would be much appreciated

turn on midi map with a clip window open
click on loop start and pick a button for it
click on loop end and pick a button for it
