Using Scenes to automate the Track Activator

Is there any way, in Session View, to trigger a Scene and have it change the Track Activator states in the mixer?

Specifically, when I switch Scenes, I want my MIDI Keyboard to automatically play an instrument on a different track. I'm trying to figure out how to automate this behavior in Session View.

For example, I might be playing an Organ plugin in one part of the song then, when I trigger a new scene, I want that same MIDI Keyboard to be playing an Electric Piano plugin on a different channel.

Any advice on how to automatically accomplish this? Thanks.
