I trigger clips out of sync, but I dont want to....

I am working on a track for a few months now, and the weirdest thing happend a few days ago.
When I trigger a clip with my mouse or controller, the clip starts playing immediately.
I checked a previous liveset and I triggered a clip on the same way. here the play button will turn green first before it starts playing.So it doesnt matter when I push the buton because it will wait for the right time to play anyway. This is the default setting but I dont want to begin a new liveset.

please help me with my problem!
I want the old settings back!!
I want the play buttons to turn green before they play...

go and check your Global Quantization parameter or the Clip Quantization. Maybe it's set up to NONE or 1|32, etc.
