Quantize Window Does Not Remember Location Last Opened

I use a multi-monitor setup while using ableton. I primarily work with Ableton on my left screen. When editing note positions I press CTRL+U to quantize the note position. The modal window that opens in response to the keyboard shortcut always opens on my right screen. There does not appear to be a way to get the window to remember to open on my left screen. Please fix this issue. Thanks!
