I purchased the Live 6 upgrade last week. However, the registration code that I received (and is logged into my purchase history) does not open the product and I get an "entered the wrong code" message. I'm reaching out to this forum because I've emailed support 4 times in the last week with no response. And when I try to call US tech support, the line is always busy. Has anyone else had this problem? Any tips on how to get through to the support people? Thanks.

tricky one,
the serial that is logged into your user area on this website is wrong you say?
one thing that gets me sometimes is 0 and O , try copying the serial out of the User Area - Registration part of this site and put it in a text document and flip the font about a bit. You may find that in a different font the O you entered should have been a 0
not much help, but it might be worth a go. Like I say - that always gets me.
