Can't change BCF2000's mode

Post by TonySoprano » Mon Nov 06, 2006 5:10 pm

Hi. My BCF2000 appears to be stuck in Mackie Mode. Holding down store and edit does nothing. Anyone seen this before? I've already done the sysex dump for my BCR2000, and that's working pefectly, but am a bit stumped with the BCF.

i don't think that's how you do it.

power the thing off, and you then hold one of the first 4 or 5 (?) top-left-most buttons down while powering on, to select the various emulations. i bet the first button is for the normal/presets mode

Thanks for the reply. Held down the 4th button on power up and got into the global options. Turned the 1st knob to U-1, and chose exit, and the display changed to MCSo, whatever that means. I then powered up holding down the 1st button, and that put me back into P-1. I could then dump the sysex to it using Midi-Ox. Cheers!
