Numbers not warped anymore!

Hello,
I had warped all my songs 4 months ago, and they where sync with the metronome..
Buy yesterday I opened the program and all my songs where not sync with the metronome anymore and so it's today!
I didn't made any changes! So how is possible?

Can anyone help me?

Basics:
did you hit the save button every time?
Are you sure they're all not warped or just some?
Are the .asd files still there?

Yes i did saved them. And i'm sure about all songs.
And yeah, the .asd files are still there.

It's very strange, i don't know how this is possible.. the only thing i've changed is the midi controls...
