macbook pro...performance diff between Ghz/RAM?

from what i see on the live performance thread there does not seem to be any difference between the 2.16 and 2.33ghz models, or between 1 to 2gb ram. i'm going to need to buy something in the next couple days...is this what everyone else if finding as well? performance for all these combos hovers between 17-20% cpu.

You might as well take the processor over the RAM, considering the former has no capacity for future upgrades.
