I have a bunch and love all things free or shareware... but I recently tried KT Granulator by Smart Electronix. Try the maj 5th and 9th presets on some chilly rhodes progressions and feel your spine tingle.

oddly enough i've used cheesemachine on 2 or 3 songs. it can't do a very broad range of sounds but I like the sound it does, put some reverb on it and cut the lows and it makes nice standard sounding pads.

black water reverb too
