So I've got some money to spend and have long needed an electric guitar update and a midi guitar.
I'm pretty much set on one of these models, one with split coil humbuckers.

With the RMC pickup

It's piezo which is faster than magnetic stick-ons and gives a nice acoustic
sound as well.

I've pretty much talked myself into it but it'd be cool to get other opinions before I take the dive.
Then there's the Axon box which is supposed to be better than the Roland and I'll get Pod XT to boot.
MIDI guitar - which, what?
hi.
I've been looking to the midi guitare think some times ago. I went for the axon and I am very happy with it. I've tried before the roland which works pretty well but is not as pro and complete as the axon.
the iguitar solution looks sexy, but it seems to use the same technology that roland does, wich is less performant than the one use by axon (neuronal).
you have to be aware that you don't retreive the exact right hand feeling on a guitar midified, because you have to be very clean to avoid hitting others strings that shouldnt be played, unless you might get small annoying high midi notes.
but you easily get used to it, and after a little while you will feel confortable with.
don't worry with that, I m telling cause I was a bit surprise when I received the axon.

or..... You can just let it sing..... Anything that does come out when you getbecause you have to be very clean to avoid hitting others strings that

too wild with it will at the very least be a harmony of what you meant to
play
