BCF2000 Crashes Live 6.01 Demo

I tried to use the BCF2000 in Mackie mode with the Live 6.01 demo and it works great... except when I have recorded and played back automation data, Live crashes after a minute.

This is on the 24" iMac with latest OS

Any suggestions?
