Sample prob with reaktor in 6.01 using multicore

Over at Native Instruments they've reported a serious bug involving sample based ensembles in which samples drop out if live has multicore support turned on in PC format. I was about to upgrade to a dual core machine and use Reaktor extensively, and this has thrown me for a loop. Has anybody experienced this?
