How to make a midi clip NOT send any CC-data?

I have a project with one midi track.

I have a midi clip with few notes on a midi track containing an instrument rack. This is all in session view. I have the instrument rack's chain selector already where it's supposed be and i don't want it to move.

I have another clip on the same track in a different slot and when I trigger it, it sends data to chain selector even if there's no automation on that track. It's like some initial value. The data on the chain selector automation track on that clip is all zero and it's not marked with this red mard (as containing automation). Is it still supposed to send some initial value? If yes, can I turn it off anyhow?
