I don't know if this has happened to anyone else but as my PC has ASIO (Audigy 2) and my laptop has its built in audio drivers (MME/Direct X) I can not switch .als files between the two machines without some creative audio preference switching. I have narrowed down the problem in the fact that a live set that has been saved while the machine was sent to ASIO can not load i anyother audio preference without the machine abnormally ending the program..some sort of virtual C++ librabry problem. Is there a way to fix this other then getting a break out box, which I have but is way too much a pain in the butt to lug around with me to work on tracks away from my PC, as for switching my PC to MME/Direct X it causes the same crashes, abnormal error, think Live needs the machine to be set to the highest possible audio preference. I'm going to try and see if I can actually use my PC with MME/Direct X audio preference without the crash. Just a warning and looking for some help
Thanks, Rob
