strange multiple controller behaviour

Hi there

I have a 7-port usb hub, as I have a whole heap of controllers

The first 3 in the hub are 2 Bcf's & a Bcr

I've noticed that while the first 2 will be recognised, the 3rd won't register at all

to eliminate a dodgy controller or connection I have swapped their positions in the chain & exchanged their cables

all other controllers (non-behringer) behave normally

results indicate that, for whatever reason, Live 6 can't handle 3 BControl units at once - am I correct?
