.als live set will not open after installing 6.03

After installing 6.03 an als live set I was working on would no longer open. A message window reading 'the sets name.als could not be opened' appeared every time I attempted to open the file. There was also no modified date showing and no clips showing beneath the file anymore.

I'm wondering if the file might have been placed somewhere else during the install process or if it was somehow corrupted by the installation.

Any ideas?

A silly mistake indeed. It seems the connection to my external drive was knocked a little loose and the bad connection was the cause of missing data, Not the upgrade.
