rewire : protools le7, live lite 4, intel mac

i'm having no luck whatsoever getting live lite 4 to rewire to pro tools le 7. i've tried uninstalling live lite, and no luck. i cannot see live lite in pro tools le 7 when adding a new stereo aux track, and i cannot see the rewire option inside live lite 4 under preferences or any of the track outputs.

any help is greatly appreciated.

Live 4 should not be a UB for it's too old.
That might be the root of the problem.
Look in the site if you can download a Lite upgrade (5.2.2 or 6.xx) that offers UB support.
