after some recordeing sessions, use ing live 5, 2. and emu 1616m. he claims to have some output latency, while recordeing, and the results can also be heard! not very tight recordeing. Since I dont really know whats wrong, and the basplayer dosent seem to have the problem, and I never really figured out about the buffer settings and so on, he desided to leave 
us amatures....well I think we are better of without 
anyway he claims that live sucks for pro recordeing! what do I know!Dont know if this really an emu question og a ableton question, but does anyone know?
I set the asio buffer latency setting to 4ms... this is the lowest I can go, with out pops and clicks.
This is in ableton live resulteing in the overall latency parameter in 4,13 + 4,13 + 000(ADJUSTABLE)`= 8,25 MS. which he claims is far too much!
I tryed to adjust the ooo parameter and the asio buffer, so that the end result is 0 ms, but that just made things really ugly!
Where can find the nessesery information`? Or does anyone knows`?
