Quick & Easy Help Question

I simply hit the 2nd string on my guitar too hard and a bit late (see 3rd measure).
I just want to know how to select that tiny section, and make it more silent.
And hopefully move it ahead a little.
Any help would be much appreciated, I've tried all day...

You need to learn some basic stuff about live: Warping and clip envelopes.

You make it silent by drawing in a volume envelope and you "move it" by moving the warp marker.
