Live looses external sync when moving send knobs

I am getting kinda frustrated after having this happen on stage. I use a xone 92 for midi clock that goes to a midi sync box that goes to my uc-33 and my partners uc-33 so we are synced. Just about every time we get going I turn one of the knob's on my uc-33 that is assigned to a send and it says midi sync lost. After loosing sync one time it seems that Live gets familiar with the use of the knob and everything is ok, but this is really annoying when I forget to "warm up my knobs" onstage!!!! It also drops audio for a second when I turn it without sync right after starting the prog. My internal soundcard is set to 200 ms. My computer is optimized and Im not running any other than ableton plugins besides the L2 and the Glich on the master. In my effect channel that makes it skip I have an ableton reverb,resonator,erosion. Any ideas why it make the midi freak out? I have 800 mb of samples on over 160 scenes also...
