Automat Sync Problems in Live 6?

I'm aware that Automat can go out of tune in Live 6 when you drag stuff to the arrangement -- but now I'm playing w/ Jasinski's presets and finding his rhythmic presets (which are great, btw) aren't syncing to tempo. And it looks like they should be...

Any ideas on how to fix? Or just not fixable?

I had that happen to me- then it seemed to correct itself. I don't recall doing anything to cause it to fix. Then I think last time I was playing with it the off tempo problem was back.. Maybe Stiwi can shed some light on the problem?
