Hello,

It is a problem we are currently inverstigating, that happens with some other plugs as well. Weird thing is it does not happen to every user. But we are on the way. I can't tell when this will be corrected though, it also depends on the collaboration of the other companies.

Regards,

Surely someone is allowed to be pissed off if the product they paid good money for is faulty and causing them problems?

the problem is that Amaury replied courteously and promptly, just two hours after the post, and receives a sarcastic roll-of-the-eyes, which isn't going to help anyone.
Being pissed off is well and good, but taking it out on the support staff can hardly be considered constructive in any sense of the word.

Day costs 480 euros (including 8hours recroding, or moving midifiles to another computer and looking new sounds from hardwaresynts)

in my situation I think u would also be a little ass-kicker.
....and btw If u are rich u can send me value of 2x8h studio time.
